Studying in France, its tuition fee and life cost
Studying in France is less expensive compared to the US or UK, life cost is cheaper concerning tuition fee, healthcare system, housing, food and transportation.
Public College in France is actually free for students who graduated from high school. College tuition fee is depending on your formation choice but it is around 300 euro every year. Concerning private school tuition fee for business school or management school can go from 4000 euro to 15 000 euro.
Food expenses, transport expenses and pocket money
It can cost around 250€ every month. 2 regular meals each day equals 60 meals for a month, meal expenses at a university cafeteria will be 3.1 every meal so that 3.1x60 equals 186€. If you eat outside, the cheaper price will be 5x60 equals 300€. A lot of expats in France are renting with other people and buy food with them so they can cook, this way you can save a lot of money. If you often need to take public transport, it will cost around 35€ each month. Regarding to phone fee, it is around 10€ for a month. If we roughly count, living in France with basic expenses will cost 500€ each month.
